🔹Enhanced AI Agent Selections:We've expanded our voice options for AI Agents! You'll now find a broader selection of high-quality voices to choose from in a streamlined interface.

🔹Dashboard Improvements: Be on the lookout next week for new Click-to-Call (C2C) widget with advanced address picker! Make it easy to create, manage, and configure Click-to-Call widgets, all from within the new tools menu.
🔹AI Agent Enhancements:Build a new AI Voice Agent with improved configurations. New frequency and location penalty controls allow for more precise behavior in the post prompt actions. Adjustments made to the language libraries make it easier to select from several languages libraries and genders.
🔹Routing and Recording Updates:Relay recordings are now available within the logs menu of your dashboard and SMS routing now supports alphanumeric “FROM” numbers.

🔹 Precise Data Retrieval & Storage: Parameters are stored directly within Datasphere, allowing the API to return complete data objects in real-time for contextually rich, accurate responses. By integrating storage parameters with model output, Datasphere equips your AI agents with precise data that’s ready to handle even complex requests seamlessly, empowering real-time adaptability and reducing hallucinations. 🔹 SIP, SIP, Hooray!: SIP endpoint resources now include an improved call handler field. This feature now automatically checks and corrects format inconsistencies, while a dropdown menu allows users to conveniently select from current phone numbers for quick and error-free setup.
